Roles & Responsibilities:

Delivery Coordination

Coordinate with Client's Zonal Manager's & Regional Managers for the delivery

Performance Reviews

Conduct periodic reviews with the client's zonal & regional managers on the performance of the delivery and collect feedback.

Competencies required including Technical:

Delivery Management

Client Management

Comm & Presentation skills

Prior recruitment experience

BFSI industry knowledge

3 things individual should have done in the previous role/company:

Client Engagement

Delivery Co-ordination/ Program Management

Reports to:Client Manager

Minimum Requirement :Min 3 yrs - 10 yrs of Core Recruitment Experience for BFSI, Insurance Bulk Recruitment.
