Looking for  Sr. Engineer / Asst. Manager – Paint shop

Department        : QAD

Designation         : Sr. Engineer / Asst. Manager – Paint shop

Qualification       : B.E Mech.

Age                         : 28 to 32

Experience          : B.E or DME – 4 to 7 Years

Brief Job Profile : To follow the Top Coat Paint technical Knowledge & Various painting skill.

CTC                          : 3 to 5 Lakhs

 Responsibility & Skills:

·         Achieve Zero customer  ppm

·         Product quality assurance & process Quality assurance

·         NEW product development & implementation 

·         First time trough for painted part &  CED part  derived with improvement system

( Kaizan , PDCA &  on the job training  )

·         Customer co-ordination  & Supplier Handling

·         Release monthly, daily defects trend & analysis with proper tool.

·         Man power handling

·         Document preparation & preservation    ( check sheet , control plan  , PFMEA  , AAR ,

·         Route cause analysis & action taken

·         Instrument handling ( DFT meter , gloss meter , hardness  , adhesion , EMT  , PH meter , conductivity meter  & color matching machine .

·         Customers & paint shop standard knowledge.
