We have a opening for Sr Manager HR - Payroll & Statutory
Roles & Responsiblities :
1. Heading the HR team by acquiring people with the right skills, providing training and coaching, planning and organizing, instilling discipline by enforcing company policies and procedures, managing performance and constantly communicating with the team.
2. Oversees payroll processing and ensures on-time and accurate payroll results.
3. Checks and audits payroll at regular intervals to ensure 100% compliance and accuracy.
4. Establishes internal Service Level Agreements with other departments, regularly measures and review performance for improvement.
5. Ensures documentation of all payroll activities and necessary forms, reports, etc. are filed in an organized and timely manner.
6. Develops policies and procedures within the area of responsibility and advising management on new tax and pay laws.
7. Analyze, prepares reports and provides recommendation in the area of responsibility to management for review.
8. Responsible for reviewing policy manuals, employee communication at regular intervals and implement changes if required.
9. Coordinating with HRMS service provider to revisit current workflow and implement up gradations/changes in the same.
10. Maintains responsibility of systematic and up to date record keeping in relation to employee database management.
11. Ensures that the company is up to date on new jurisprudence and HR best practices.
12. Reviews internal procedures at least annually and make the necessary improvements.
13. Managing end to end Employee Life Cycle in the organization from on boarding till Separation as well as Payroll and Statutory Compliance.
14. Ensuring timely and accurate completion of processes, Collating analyzing and reporting any Non-compliance observations to management related to processes and take corrective measures as required.
15. Responsible for maintaining entire employees lifecycle data in HRMS.
16. Ensure effective utilization of resources & improve team productivity and competence
17. Managing Employee Group Gratuity Policy Handling Employee Grievances
18. Responsible for yearly actuarial evaluation for leave and gratuity for the organization.
19. Responsible for implementation of statutory compliance ESIC PF PT and LWF related to Human Resources Department and to ensure that provisions of concerned Labour Laws are fully adhered to Draft responses to the Notices received from Statutory and legal bodies w.r.t. ESIC PF Labour Compliance etc.
20. Liasoning with Govt. authorities for statutory related issues PF ESIC Labour law etc.
21. Responsible to ensure timely processing and submission of all statutory payments on monthly half yearly and yearly basis.
22. Responsible for managing statutory Audit Inspections.
23. Monitoring of Policies and Procedure Interfacing with Management and Heads of Department for implementing HR policies and procedures in line with Core Organizational Objectives
24. Ensuring implementation of HR policies and procedures by communicating and educating stakeholders.
Education qualification :
MBA(HR) and/or PG Diploma in HRM.
