Job Description:

•    Preparing annual budget for advertisement & sales promotion activities 

•    Effective utilization of advt& sales promotion budgets 

•    Conceptualizing & supporting new products launches 

•    Close coordination with advt. agency for BTL & ATL initiatives

•    Coordination with all States for proper utilisation of allocated sales promotion budget

•    Lead and develop product road maps for all products

•    Investigate and analyse the product market and identify opportunities and present it to the Head of Marketing

•    Designing new bags & rationalising current bags designs 

•    Designing innovative incentive schemes for dealers, influencers & end users.

•    Organizing meets for dealers & influencer. 

•    Promotes products and services with an aim of increasing sales volumes.
