Job description:

·         Develop Recruiting Strategies to reach out to the top technical talent through social media and different job portals

·         Develop In-house Recruitment Management System

·         Maintain a digital presence and constantly lookout for ways to build network in social media (Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter etc)

·         Execute different methods to brand the company among top talents

·         Generate pipeline of candidate for different role and maintain successful offer acceptance rate

·         Showcase your passion for the industry. That means intimate knowledge about market, target companies, relationships in open source networks.

Skills required:

·         One plus years of experience in Software Product based company

·         4+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment (IT)

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skill

·         Ability to understand the Technology involved in the role

·         Excellent negotiation and critical thinking skill, with passion for selling

·         Proven ability to take initiative and build strong, lasting relationship

·         Ability to work with candidates from diverse backgrounds

·         Experience in other processes of HR would be an added advantage
