MBA in HR with 2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment will be the ideal candidate.

Mass recruitment experience will be added advantage.

Preference for Non-IT recruitment experience.

Will handle recruitment for Tamilnadu & Kerala if based at Chennai or will handle Karnataka and Kerala if based at Bangalore.

This will be a pure recruitment profile.

CTC will be between 3-4 lakhs.

Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam is essential.

Working knowledge of Tamil or Kannada will be an added advantage.
