Looking for a seasoned recruitment professional having hands on experience in handling leadership search assignments for leading MNC's .

Industry Vertical - : Technology, Telecom, BFSI, Pharma and Healthcare, EPC, Consumer 

Job Brief -:

Accountability and responsibility of the delivery against each opportunity received.

Meeting and exceeding the monthly targets of self and the practice through effective planning & efficient delivery.

Strong acumen for gathering and analysing market intelligence.

To research and identify all the companies operating in your respective industry verticals.

Identify and establish contact and maintain relationship with CXO/VP/Functional heads of the prospective organizations.

Meeting clients, finalizing Terms and Conditions, Agreements. 

Managing the entire Recruitment Life-cycle along with the team in accordance with GlobalHunt recruitment process. 

Team Management-: Motivating Team Members for better performance and successful completion of targets.

Regular service meetings with the existing clients to understand and address their concerns and partnering with them for their manpower needs.

Nurturing client relationship and developing trust and confidence with seamless delivery.
