Recruitment Manager for Domestic hiring (BPO)

Location - Bangalore

Our client is a reputed BPO looking for Manager Recruitment for Domestic Hiring - Leadership/Lateral 

Job Responsibilities : 

- Manage Talent Acquisition for Lateral roles, including Leadership positions for key businesses in domestic processes.Will also be required to handle other business lines (in international space)

- Ensure consistent focus on Cost, Quality and closure TAT 

- Senior stakeholder Management & Engagement 

- Own accountability for Talent Acquisition Policies, frameworks & governance. 

Ideal Candidate : 

- 8 -15years experience, with expertise in Lateral hiring, including Leadership hiring in Domestic business/function 

- BPO/ITeS industry experience mandatory 

- Conversant with building Talent acquisition Policies and frameworks, and overall construct 

- Ability to build processes, drive process improvements and overall hiring construct 

- Strong industry and functional knowledge 

- Able relationship building skills.
