Should be exposed to applicant tracking systems, Psycho metric tools and interviewing techniques.

Job role includes Manpower planning, budgeting, market mapping, advertisement through various media, adhering to SLAs, Managing Walkin Drives, Campus

relations, off campus interview, volume hiring, niche hiring, leadership hiring, stake holder management, compensation discussion, offer management,

post offer management, hand holding candidates, metrics management, presentations, vendor management etc.

Package around 10 to 12 laks/ negotiable

Career Stability, Leadership skills, Excellent communication skills are vital factors

8 to 10 Years of experiences with BE / MBA / MSW / MA(HRM) in regular stream  only.
