SourceHOV, part of Exela Technology is looking to hire a smart Technical recruiter to take care of its hiring needs.

* Must possess  05 years of overall experience in the field of Hiring & Recruitment. 2 years of experience in Technical hiring

* Involvement in end-to-end hiring.

* Should possess excellent knowledge in hiring resources for different LOBs across different skill-sets.

* Understand technology, technical roles, and technical skills. 

* He / She should also network online and offline with potential candidates to reduce time-to-hire and ensure that the Company attracts the best professionals.

* Source, Screen & Validate profiles based on the job description provided.

*Maintain a healthy pool of internal database pertaining to different skill-sets.

*Create and manage job descriptions in line with our global hiring standards.

*Maintain daily/weekly/monthly hiring trackers with defined SLAs

*Maintain various MIS hiring reports and share when required

* Should be an excellent people's person
