Job Description

 -Preparing the Process Design -Analysis for NPD Parts Process and Product critical parameters along with CFT , -Assisted in Analysis for Capacity planning,-Open issue Preparation and follow up with all team,-  Assistance in Work Instruction Preparation for all the process,- Lead the development and maintenance of Advanced Product Quality Plans aligned with the assigned NPI program cross functional teams.

-Monitor APQP status throughout the new product development process, - support creation of the Process Flow Map, PFMEA, and Control Plan for your assigned programs

 ·         He should have Below Knowledge on APQP Phases

·         Plan and Define Program, ·         Product Design and Development Verification ·         Process Design and Development Verification ·         Product and Process Validation and Production Feedback ·         Launch, Assessment & Corrective Action ,Focused job description mainly consists below points,·         Understanding the needs of the customer ·         Proactive feedback and corrective action ·         Analysing the process capabilities ·         Analysing and mitigating failure modes ·         Verification and validation ·         Design reviews, ·         Control special/critical characteristics. Listing & Lessons learnt updating implementing in new programmes. More ever he should familiar with Gate review system .
