Looking for QA Asst.Manager / Dy.Manager / Manager for leading Auto Ancillary Unit
Experience: 8-15 yrs
Salary range : 4 lacs to 8 lacs
Core Experience: Similar High Pressure Die casting Quality Assurance incharge experience is preferable
JD
Plan, schedule and organize process audit and layered audit and ensure implementation of the improvement points by the concerned function at the Unit (in consultation with Corporate Quality)
· Take overall responsibility for maintenance and implementation of Quality systems at the Unit, in coordination with Corporate Quality
· Develop mechanisms to reduce the cost of poor quality at the Unit
· Take overall responsibility for finalization of quality system manuals, formats and documents, based on template finalized by Corporate Quality for the Unit
· Ensure compliance with TS, ISO, OHSAS for any new project at the Unit, in consultation with Corporate Quality
· Responsibility for carrying out customer audits for existing customers at the Unit
· Responsible for execution of quality audit (System and Process) as per monthly audit schedule in coordination with the Corporate Quality Department
· Responsible for undertaking follow-up for closure of Non compliances reports from Audit, in consultation with Corporate Quality
· Carry out Vendor Quality Audit (Category B and C) by following-up and undertaking inspection related activities related to vendor quality
· Understand the quality system requirements at the customer end and coordinate with Corporate Quality to meet the customer requirements
· Oversee the preparation of Quality related MIS including Rejections, Customer Complaints, Process Parameters, Data analysis and Course Correction recommendation
· Responsible for carrying out quality inspection of new die manufacturing in consultation with RDML
Customer
· Responsible for Internal customer satisfaction review by taking data for the Unit including number of customer complaints, number of times rework done at customer location, number of times customer line stopped etc
· Take overall responsibility for demonstration of Quality MIS, Control Plan, Process Plan during the Customer Audit
People
· Take responsibility for people development initiatives and building up in-house capabilities for the employees in the department
· Responsible for driving Rico values at the department level
· Provide guidance and feedback to subordinates on their performance
