1. MEP Engineer / Manager. To handle the entire MEP activities. 
Diploma or Engineering qualified with 8 to 10 year experience in a real estate and / or construction company involved in Planning, Coordination, Execution, Estimation, Value Engineering, Execution, Cost Control etc. Work location: Madhavaram, Chennai.

2. Site Engineer - Diploma or Engineering qualification with around 10 year's of experience in a Real Estate and / or construction company involved in execution of MSB buildings. Work place is Madhavaram, Chennai.

3. Stores In charge: Any degree holder with around 5 year's of hands on experience in the stores activities of a Real Estate and / or construction company involved in. ERP working knowledge is must and salary is negotiable. Work place is Madhavaram Chennai.
