* Must possess 10 years of overall experience in the field of Hiring & Recruitment. 5 years of experience in Technical hiring

* Excellent expertise in managing a team of recruiters apart from involvement in end-to-end hiring.

* Should possess excellent knowledge in hiring resources for different LOBs across different skill-sets.

* Strategize hiring needs proactively by consolidating different sourcing avenues.

* Understand technology, technical roles, and technical skills. 

* He / She should also network online and offline with potential candidates to reduce time-to-hire and ensure that the Company attracts the best professionals.

* Ultimately, build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for IT positions.

* Source, Screen & Validate profiles based on the job description provided.

* Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy

*Manage post-interview engagement plans for offered resources.

*Maintain a healthy pool of internal database pertaining to different skill-sets.

*Create and manage job descriptions in line with our global hiring standards.

*Maintain daily/weekly/monthly hiring trackers with defined SLAs

*Maintain various MIS hiring reports and share when required

* Should be an excellent people's person
