Qualification & Experience  : - MBA - Full time with 10+  years of experience in Organisational Development and Industrial Relations is Preferred. 

Preferred Industry:- tyre/automobile  (OEM)/FMCG

Age criteria :- 33 - 40 years

Compensation :- 10 - 12 Lacs per annum
