Position: Maintenance Manager

Qualification DME/BE

Exp- 15 Years

Location- Sriperrumbadur

Monhtly Gross Salary- Rs.50,000 to 70,000

Requirements

Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance

•             Responding to breakdowns

•             Diagnosing faults

•             Repairing equipment

•             Supervising engineering and technical staff

•             Obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings

•             Managing budgets

•             Maintaining statistical and financial records

•             Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation

•             Creating maintenance procedures

•             Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.

•             Handling Team Members, Minimum – 20 members

•             TPM exposure – worked at   5yrs in TPM/TQM practicing company

•             Safety standard awareness & Implementation – Electrical

•             Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs.

•             Plan and manage all repair and installation activities.

•             Maintain all machinery to ensure it’s at working standards.
