Qualification Details : BLM/MLM/MSW (HR)/M.A.(HR)

Desired Experience  : 1  year above experience in  Manufacturing Industry 

Industry Preference : Manufacturing 

Sex & Age : Male &  Age 20 to 28

Objective of the Position To make sure that the HR Functions properly followed. 

To enforce the rules, policies & decisions taken by the Management. 

To develop superior work force with emphasis for quality, continuous improvement & high performance. 

Major Roles and Responsibilities Major Rolls & Responsibilities:

? Time Office

? Recruitment Coordination 

? Statutory Compliance Registers Maintain ( Laour Law)

? General Admin

? Payroll 

Additional Skills Expected Must have good   Manpower handling &  Documentation skills. 

Must have good Tamil  & English communication skills

Must be a team player with people management skills. 

Must have comprehensive analytical and decision making skills.
