Exp- 7-10 Years

Qualification: UG/PG in CS/IT

Location: Chennai

CTC- Max  10 Lacs per annum

Key Deliverables

Complete Responsibility for the stability of IT Infrastructure

Information Security process

Service and trouble shooting covering network routers, switiches, Security, Fire wall, Printers, Internet connectivity, Voice, Computer operations in various office locations

Technical support in Procurement, Maintainence and Documentation of IT Peripharals,Solicit IT Infrastructurerequirements from business and develop requriement documents

Develop and Maintain SOPS.

Key Skills

Knoweldge and practical skills in Windows, Cisco, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, Tomcat and SQL

Skills on setting up VLAN, IP Router and access, list policies, Radius authentications are required

Knowledge on scripting and experience in Avaya IP, PBX, Polycon VC, Mobile Iron is an advantage

Communciation skills in English Must & Chinese  will be added advantage.
