1. Creating job descriptions

2. Proactive sourcing of profiles from job portals, multiple references / referrals, social networks and maintaining a good network of candidates

3. Telephonic screening of profiles and assessing their suitability for the requirement

4. Scheduling interviews and co-ordinating between the functional leaders and candidates for close-looping the interview process

5. Managing pre-joining formalities, end to end on-boarding and co-ordination for induction programmes

6. Generating offer letters, confirmation letters, relieving letters and other relevant documentation

7. Dealing with recruitment consultants if need be

1. A Masters in Human Resources Management with 1-2 years of experience as a recruiter

2. Excellent communication and people management skills

3. Self-learner and proactive

4. Ability to multitask and effective time management skills

5. In depth understanding of HR functions and processes

6. Sound knowledge in usage of job portals
