Provide People Leadership for Bangalore Business Unit.
Report to City Business Head with a dotted reporting to HR Head.
Expertise at end to end HR Business Partnering role for city business unit.
Expertise at Manpower Planning, JD writing, On Boarding, Induction Training, Organising Process Training, KRA setting up, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Reward and Recognition, Employee Grievances, Attrition Analysis and Exit Interviews.
Visit Locations, field visits, interact with stakeholders, understand business challenges and provide solutions to City Business Head.
Expertise at implementation of HR Policies, HR Processes and Best HR Practices.
Ensure Compliance to Statutory policies.
Strong communication and stakeholder management/
Matured, Smart and People person Should win credibility of people.
Highly action biased, process orientation and aggressive.
