Looking out for talent who can take a role of HR Manager for SBU manufacturing firm in Karumathampatti, Travel distance of 1 hour from Coimbatore. Reporting head will be Managing director

Roles & Responsibility

1. Manpower planning & Budgeting.

2. Recruitment & Selection. 

3. Payroll & Leave Management.

4. Performance Management.

5. Training & Development

6. Work towards employee retention by motivating and supporting them

7. Co-ordinate & support in case of causalities.

8. Address and resolve Workmen Grievances

Qualification: 

BSc/BCom Graduate with PGDBM or MBA in HR & Administration preferred

Age 35 - 40 years.

Experience from any Manufacturing would be preferred.

Experience 10 - 15 years
