Responsibilities

Source, recruit and hire top talent for Envision Engineering, for a variety of professional positions

Partner with various hiring manager across the organization to execute hiring plans

Administer new hire processes including onboarding, orientations and announcements.

Partner with managers on performance management, leads workplace investigations, recommends corrective actions.

Identify opportunities to enhance the companys existing culture to keep employees excited and engaged

Employee relations, employee development & retention, and HR training

Coach and counsel managers on employee relations issues, performance management and employee development

Analyze Onboarding, Employee Engagement, Manager Feedback and Exit survey information and make recommendations for leaders

Prepare proposal for employee recognition programs.

Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

Assist in succession planning and in building development plans for high potential and key employees to support our growth agenda.

Education and experience

5+ years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources after completion of post graduate in Human Resources

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

Strong Analytical skills.

Problem Solving ability

Self-Starter & Decision Maker

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Personal Competencies

Flexible and willing to roll sleeves up when required

Strong on credibility, character and work ethics
