Recruitment Process:

Identified viable candidates from various sources including: Job Portals, references, internal databases, job postings, Ad Agencies -for posting in leads, and personal networking. 

Recruited and hired candidates for required positions. 

Directed the hiring process with each candidate from first point of contact to acceptance of offer. 

Extended offers of employment, clearly communicated all aspects of the offer including salary and benefits. 

"Joining Formalities and Settlement Process:

  Taking Induction Session and new hire orientation for the new entrants in the Organization.

Collecting and updating complete employee data base of all employees

Responsible in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation, relieving and experience letters. 

 Conduct exit interview to identify reasons for employee resignation. Analyze & update the reports using the exit interview feedback forms and suggest the changes for improvement. 

 Monitoring relieving procedures and settlement considering exit interview forms, No due certificates and the amount due from the employee & general HR responsibilities

Handling monthly payroll activities of HO,Factory & Branches

 To ensure Quality System is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with ISO 9001:2015

 To organize Management Review Meetings and focus the Organization towards the critical issues affecting the Quality Management System.

To provide status of Quality Management System to the Management.

To organize internal audits and ensure compliance with the documented system.

 Ensure awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.

Control of QMS documents and to liaise with external parties on matter relating to quality systems.

Authorized to liaise with external agencies like Certification body, quality system registrar, etc.
