Responsible for recruitment related activities

Maintain the database of candidates, new joining.

Completing joining formalities and documentation for New Join.

Coordinating for interviews, drives & personal interviews

Follow up with the offered Candidates until joins the Organization.

Maintaining the Trackers & Reports of the Candidates.

Excellent knowledge on MS word, Excel, Outlook and other PC tools.
