Handling end to end PMS from KRA setting to Appraisal review.
Understanding the business practices, Design and implement PMS dashboard.
Work closely with the business heads in creating job profiles, setting objectives & goals, and Key Result Areas for employees in the organization.
Initiate goal setting and performance review in line with individual KRAs and organizational goals.
Implement performance management process, monitor periodic (quarterly, mid-term, annual basis) compliance on KRA and performance appraisal review.
Facilitate trainings for all employees to educate them on the performance overview (PMS cycle, relevant templates, timelines, etc) and provide clarifications as required.
Maintain proactive and utilizing best communication channels with all employees to create awareness of PMS related processes across locations.
Conducting PMS sensitization program for the employees before the Quarterly and Half-yearly review
Computing performance data to finalize increments and variable incentive pay for quarterly and half-yearly review.
Ensure periodic review of PMS related guidelines and policies as per business requirement, market benchmarks and propose necessary changes.
