Looking for dynamic Marketing professionals to support a leading Paint Manufacturing company ( Asian Paints) (off Roll)

Position: Customer Associates

Salary ( CTC)-  1.98 Lacs per annum

Location:  Ambur,Sholingur, Arani,Guduvancherry, Gumminipoondi, Tiruttani, Thirukalukundram, Denkanikottai

Essential :

      ·         Graduate (Any stream) with minimum 50%

·         The graduation must be through a full time and regular day course

·         Engineers with MBA in Marketing

·         Age less than 25 Years. Gender : Male

·         Should be an Indian citizen

 Desired :

·         MBA with specialisation in marketing 

Languages: Knowledge of English and regional language

 Essential : Expereince

• Not required / Freshers can be considered

Desired :

• 1 year sales or services experience in construction, paint or allied industries

• Fluency in English, Hindi & local language

• Excellent communication and people skills

• High orientation for customer servicing and customer delight. 

• Willingness to work in a retail environment and engage with clients across age and income groups for 8.5 hours a day and 6 days in a week

• Follow grooming and etiquette standards at all times while on duty

• Develop a healthy working environment for co-workers and effectively contribute in any team-based tasks

• Be diligent and ensure timely attendance / completion of all programs and modules designed by asian paints for training and development of customer associates.

• Should have a two wheeler with valid driving licence. 

• Should have an android phone with operating system above version 5
