• Preparing PPT Presentation for Customer
• Assisting Recruitment of Staff.
• Delegating work in Director absence,
• Planning & organizing meetings,
• Attending meetings on Director behalf,
• Taking action points and writing minutes,
• Planning and organizing events,
• Drafting communications on Director behalf,
• Preparing presentations,
• Managing and reviewing filing and office systems,
