Experience          : B.E -  3 to 5 Years

Brief Job Profile : To follow the Top Coat Paint technical Knowledge & Various painting skill.

CTC                          : 3 to 5 Lakhs

Responsibility & Skills:

• Achieve Zero customer  ppm 

• Product quality assurance & process Quality assurance 

• NEW product development & implementation  

• First time trough for painted part &  CED part  derived with improvement system ( Kaizan , PDCA &  on the job training  )

• Customer co-ordination  & Supplier Handling 

• Release monthly, daily defects trend & analysis with proper tool. 

• Man power handling 

• Document preparation & preservation    ( check sheet , control plan  , PFMEA  , AAR , 

• Route cause analysis & action taken 

• Instrument handling ( DFT meter , gloss meter , hardness  , adhesion , EMT  , PH meter , conductivity meter  & color matching machine . 

• Customers & paint shop standard knowledge
