Industry: Reputed Organization in Automotive - Tier 1

Requirements: 

Making Incoming inspection standard based on the Fit / Form / Function / Noise of the product requirements & Design requirements.

Improve the measuring accuracy & Repeatability for incoming inspection and identify the gauges & instrument requirement for making effective & efficiency inspection of incoming.

Conduct 8D Verification at supplier end and Implement the improvement action at supplier end.

Improve the supplier performance by evaluate the suppliers and conducting the regular audits at supplier end. 

Handling the Supplier PSW / PPAP process and 4M changes on the supplier parts.

Analyses the quality concerns and identify the root cause and initiate appropriate action and implement the corrective action by coordinate with supplier.

Daily rejection to be Analysis with Core team and initiating appropriate corrective action in effective manner.

Driven the All QMS requirements in MM5 Assembly line

Verify all the quality reports and check list in daily basis and ensure no deviations in process & products.

Handling the customer concern and take CAPA to avoid the reoccurrence.
