Engineer-Maintenance Department 1 Position minimum experience 8

1. Experience in Mitsubishi PLC ( Q & A series ), HMI and Servo applications (J2 ~ J4 series) for trouble shooting and programming skill to develop the program.

2. Experience in LS & Delta PLC for trouble shooting and programming skill to develop the program.

3. Experience in Assembly Conveyors, Torque Tools with RFID controller for trouble shooting and programming skill to develop the program.

4. Experience in Yaskawa Arc & Spot welding machines.

5. Experience in Hydraulic & Pneumatic Presses.

6. Experience in Hydraulic & Pneumatic circuits.

7. Experience in Vendor Management.

8. Experience in Spares Procurement and stock maintenance skill.

9. Experience in Improvement activities like Poka Yoke development, Quality & Productivity.

10. Experience in Analysing the Breakdowns for Major and repeated issues

11. Experience in handling of Utility Equipment's as like DG, Compressors, Electrical Distribution System.

12. Responsible to take care of shift the activities on rotation basis.

13. Responsible to achieve the target by reducing the breakdowns, team member skill development & Preventive Maintenance.
