We need candidate for Engineer - Controls & Instrumentation. 

( 3 to 5 years Exp. , BE - Electrical / Electronics / E&I from reputed college) 

Job Description 

- Should have advanced knowledge in Servos, VFD, motors, field sensors, motor starters etc 

- Proficient on PLC, SCADA - Rockwell / Siemens ( RSLogix 5000, FactoryTalk Studio). 

- Fluent in common PLC programming languages (Ladder, SFC, FBD, STL) 

- Understanding on electrical CAD drawing- Eplan/ AutoCAD Electrical/ Pneumatic Circuit 

- Understand communications protocols (TCP/IP, Profinet, Profibus, CAN-open)

- Knowledge of power, control calculation, switch gear connections 

- Preparation of instrument layouts, hook ups, logic diagrams etc. 

- Preparation of various instrument datasheets, material requisitions, sizing of control valves/flowmeters. 

- Preparation of machine operating / troubleshooting manual 

- Creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. 

- Travels to site for machine commissioning.
