Designation : Deputy Manager / Manager

Qualification & Experience : B.E (Mech.) above 8 + Years (Hindi speaking is must).

CTC : 7 to 10 Lakhs

 Prefered Type of Industry : Design, manufacturing and sale of Fabricated parts, Structural weld assemblies, Modules,

                               Various Components especially for the Automotive, Off-highway, BCP (Building construction products)  and CE mfg. Industries.

Brief Job Profile :  

·         Customer focus & Business development experience

·         Overall Customer Co-ordination and communication

·         Ensuring Schedule's meet  for customers, as well New customers in pipe Line.

·         Monitoring and Managing Daily Plan vs Supplies to Meet Monthly Sales Target to achieve organizational Budget.

·         Coordination with Production planning to execute orders.

·         Monitoring  all customer’s dispatches (Logistic , Packing and Documentation).

·         Coordinate for All the Onsite Customer- end Support & Service.

·         Coordinate for Internal Audit  at planned intervals to ensure the Marketing quality management system adhered.

·         Coordinate for  ISO standards and is effectively implemented and maintained in the responsibility area.

·         Quote preparation and pricing discussions with customer.

·         Basic Costing, Financial Analysis.

·         Ability to understand the change in Market scenario.

·         Set Budget, Business Plan, Sales Forecast and adherence.

·         Co-ordinate and follow up design & development, and Mfg. department.

·         Project Management.
