Position: Dy. Manager - Learning & Development
Reports to : GM - Learning & Development
Key purpose of job:
The position is responsible for executing Talent management Initiatives, Internship and Induction programs. The role holder is also responsible for design and delivery of behavioral/soft skills training and organising external training based on requirements.
Key responsibilities:
1. Implementation of Talent management Initiatives, 2. Plan and implementation of internship programs Plan, 3.Schedule and organize induction programs for GET/DET/MT/PGETs. 4. Responsible for ensuring efficient training deliveries and imparting training. 5. Organize for external training based on requirements 6. Track and monitor effectiveness of training program and also handle Training MIS
Educational Qualification:
* Graduate degree in Mechanical/Electrical, Post Graduate degree / Diploma in HR
* Certificate course in L&D would be preferred
* Experience of 4 to 6 years in HR/Learning & Development
* Should have experience in content development, design and delivery of training programs

* Knowledge of HR Systems & processes, * Training Skills, * Process & operational excellence, * Being Interpersonally effective
* Planning for results, * Communication skills,* Knowledge of MS Office
