- Exposure of HR & Admin Operations at Plant Level.

- Handling personnel activities along with Manpower Planning, Recruitments & Selection.

- Timely distribution, collection of performance appraisal formats 

- Exp in Labour Laws & Factory Acts / liasioning

Desire Profile: - 

- Candidate must be MBA/Post Diploma in Human Resource.

- 15-20 year exp in any manufacturing company.

- Salary - 12 - 20 Lac PA

- Location - Hosur

Key Skills 

Good communication & written skills

Self starter, capable of independent thought and using initiative.

Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work

Analyze quantitative data

Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
