An IT company having offices in Chennai and Bangalore is

Looking for a strong HR person to Head their HR as a Director HR. Ideally, the professional should have around 15 - 20 years of experience (preferably prior experience in similar role handling HR Strategy and Operations). Having some experience of handling shared services is an advantage though not mandatory. Someone with immediate / quick joining time.. 

Location: Chennai

Comp: around 20 - 25 lpa depending on experience.
