1) DGM / GM - HR (12yrs to 15 yrs experience in Generalist role) position with an API manufacturing facility at their plant based in

Hosur, TN.

position reports to the Director - Operations and will have complete end to end responsibility of HR and Admin activities for an employee count of around 300 - 400. Focus on Recruitment, engagement and HR operations...exposure to IR will be an added advantage!! Will have a team of 4-5 subordinates at different levels. 

CTC range: 14L to 18L per annum. 

2) Manager - HR: (8 yrs - 10 yrs exp in Generalist role) position with an API manufacturing facility at their plant based in

Hosur, TN

position reports to the Director - Operations and will have complete end to end responsibility of HR and Admin activities for an employee count of around 100 - 200. Focus on Recruitment, engagement and HR operations...exposure to IR will be an added advantage!!

CTC Range: 8.0 L to 10L

For both requirements, candidates with Pharma industry background will be preferred.
