We are hunting for the following position. 

POSITION 1: 

Customer Support Executive / Order Management Executive

Qualification: BE / B Tech

Nos : 4

Experience: 2 to 4 Yrs.

Communication in English is a must.

Knowledge in Excel – Vlookup & Pivot Table is a must

Monthly Salary : 20000/- to 25000/-

Role:

1. Receipt of the PO from customer

2. Analyse the PO and arrive at production plan

3. Share the plan to production 

4. Follow-up of the product /component 

5. Ensure 95% deliver to the customer

6. Initiating RFQ

7. Interacting with stake holders and updating the status of the delivery

8. Mail & phone communication with the customer
