Job Description:

7+ years of experience in handling sales & marketing and operations. Experience in recruitment/staffing industry will be an added advantage.

Implement and manage multiple Recruitment programs to improve our overall performance

Analyze performance of Recruiters & Account Managers and come up with strategies to improve the teams efficiency

Hold regular meetings to review weekly and monthly performance of employees and come up with an action plan to improve their performance

Regular follow-up with the account managers to check on the difficulties / issues that they are facing on the positions and ensure you work accordingly to resolve those issues. Help the recruiting team by providing them creative sourcing suggestion on positions

Team Operation

Ensure achievement of targets

Ensure resource allocation within team

Responsible for recruitment of direct reports and other critical resources

Responsible for induction and on boarding of new recruits

Provide guidance and coaching to team

Motivate and empower teams to deliver team goals

Client Management & Business Development

Demonstrate a proven track record in managing profit centres with strong leadership, networking capability, customer service skills and effective team management skills.
