Job Description

 Presently we are using hydraulically operated receiving/packing machine with a filling capacity of 1.3kg / min.

We require a capable, (Hands - on experience)  Automation Engineer to study the design, construct the new design, assemble in production line and run the system.

 Requirement

·         Automatic position of the boxes at receiving machine,

·         Filling up the material as require weight (Standard 25kg), remove the fill up boxes and replace with empty boxes automatically.

·         Close and seal the fill up boxes Automatically.

·         Label the fill up boxes Automatically.

 ·         Place the boxes on Pallets Automatically.

·         Previous working experience with Automatic packaging system supplier in study design, construct the design and commissioning the projects, are welcome to apply.

 ·         Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 10 years of experience with preferable proven record of Automatic packing machinery design and implementation.

 ·         Proficiency in 3D modeling.

 ·         Good analytical and mathematical skills..

 ·         Knowledge of standard drafting practices.

 ·         Good understanding of manufacturing practices.

 ·         Capable of construction and implementing mechanical designs.

Desired Candidate Profile

·         10-15 years exp in Packaging Automation fields

·         Knowledge in Engineering codes/standards

·         Team Player

·         Read/interpret technical drawings, schematics & reports
