Looking for Asst Manger Machine Shop for a leading Auto Ancilliary Unit 

 Asst.Manager Machine Shop

 Experience: 8-12 yrs

Core Experience: Similar High Pressure Die casting Machining  incharge experience is must

Salary range : 4 lacs to 5 lacs

 To achieve production targets for machining as per production plan with adherence to specified quality and safety standards

Financial

·         Ensure adherence to the department budget and provide inputs on various aspects of Machining operations to the Shift Incharge Machining

·         Support the Shift Incharge Machining in controlling variances of capital and cost parameters and take corrective steps

 Process

·         Responsible for achieving production target as per plan

·         Responsible for securing the availability of the necessary raw materials and tools to meet the production requirements

·         Responsible for adhering to safety standards and ensure production as per quality standards

·         Responsible for regular recording of Production,  Quality Documents and SAP data updation

·         Responsible for resolving all machining and tooling problems and taking necessary action to produce quality products under supervision of Shift Incharge Machining

·         Responsible for arranging raw material from store as per shift requirement

·         Responsible for executing TPM and improvement activities under supervision of Shift Incharge Machining

·         Responsibility for providing data to enable Production analysis and provide various MIS data to Shift Incharge Machining as per the production requirement for various analysis

·         Ensure adherence to Health and Safety standards

·         To bring awareness among the associates for using PPEs.

·         Responsible for regular documentation of running processes and documentation of any process ECN

·         Implement key process improvement initiatives in the shop-floor (such as ISO, TPM, TQM etc.) in coordination with the Shift Incharge Machining

·         Responsible for actions to improve efficiency of machining in coordination with Unit Maintenance Function

 Customer

·         Ensure timely delivery of customer products as per schedule under supervision of Shift Incharge Machining

·         Provide assistance to Shift Incharge Machining in the resolution of customer complaints related to Quality issues

 People

·         Ensure timely upgradation of skill of associates and ensure customer training skill expectation of the people working under you.
