POSITION: AM -  Assistant Manager / Manager 

FUNCTION:  Manufacturing of Tyre Moulds and tool and die

LOCATION: Oragadam, Chennai 

BAND:         Assistant Manager / Manager 

QUALIFICATION:  BE (Mechanical Engineering ). YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5-8 yrs in an engineering Industry or and tool room

WORK PROFILE:

• Operation of 2 axis CNC horizontal or vertical turning center

• NC programming of CNC turning operation using FANUC / SEIMENS NX, GEO etc.

• Job setting and Work referencing in CNC machines, clamping fixtures

• Documentation and control. (Quality management system ( ISO / QS)

• Prepare inspection formats for part and assembly

• Metallurgy

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:

• Thorough knowledge of CNC programming & application Software like CAD/CAM, Geo, Hypermill, Catia, Siemens N X.

• Operation & Maintenance of CNC 5 Axis Machines

• Good knowledge of tools selection and management.

• knowledge on about Metallurgy, Testing & Inspection Standards , ISO 14001 & Latest Measurement  System (Optical Co-ordination Measurement system etc)

• Knowledge about manufacturing system for Impeller, Turbine blades , Tyre Moulds Etc

• Testing method of weld joints

• Standards Viz ASTM, DIN, BRITISH STANDARDS,AISI SAE,JIS etc
