Position : Trainee HR

Job Location: Chennai, Taramani

Job Type : Trainee to Permanent.

Duration : Full - Time.

Work Timings : Day/Mid shift (Regular) 

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Job Specification:

Experience: Freshers 2016/2017 passout only

Educational Qualification: Preferred MBA/MSW HR as a full timer 

a)   To assist HR functions of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Training & Development, and Employee Relations.

b)    Highly motivated & willing to work Talent Acquisition.

c)     Basic or good knowledge in Sourcing, shortlisting profiles, Coordinating interviews, candidate shortlisting, document verification, salary negotiation, offer issuing & candidate boarding.

d)    Coordinate in Induction, joining formalities and employee file maintenance from joining to exit.

e)   Interested to work in Training & Development division in the company.

f)     HR Documentation skills (MS Office / Outlook Express) MIS Reports sent on Daily /Monthly basis to Concern Reporting Managers.

g)    Discipline & Grievance handling for all employees.

h)     Should participate with high motivation on HR Diligence & HR Initiatives activities (Employee Engagement) 

Desired Skills:

* Knowledge in Recruitment and HR Functions

* Should have good spoken & written communication skills in English.

* Should have good knowledge in MS office - Excel and PPT presentations .

* Should possess good reasoning and logical thinking.
