Mandatory Requirement : 

# Law degree should be a mandate

# Around 4 years of exp required

Others : 

# Experience in handling contracts and litigations

# Corporate experience preferrable

# Good drafting & negotiation skills

# Vetting of agreements

# Good understanding on handling business compliance

# Knowledge on courts/legal/arbitration proceedings

# Good system knowledge required
