Requirements :

1. Should have similar work experience as per the job title given. 

2. HR experience preferred 

3. Should be very good in monitoring MIS,  KPI, Training planning etc

4. Should be very good in communication (oral,  written) 

5. Should have spontenity & diplomacy in dealing with Senior colleagues
