Job Description:

• Maintain MD’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, site visits, branch Offices visits and other travel. 

• Coordinate MD’s communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients and Top Management 

• Provide historical references by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems & recording meeting discussions. 

• Conserve MD's time by reading, researching and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; preparing presentations and etc.,

• Prepare internal and external corporate documents for Top Management and Clients

• Maintain and protect customer confidence by keeping information confidential
