A leading multinational Logistics firm is looking for dynamic professionals to handle the role of an Executive Assistant.

Job Description

*To Provide administrative support for Presidents, CEO and other senior  company executives.

* Answering phones, file and manage paperwork, mail letters, and purchase office supplies; however, their duties go far beyond these administrative tasks.

 *Co-ordinate meetings, prepare reports and other confidential materials,  arrange travel, manage expenses, appointments and train other support staff.

   May be authorized to make presentations, compile reports and dashboards periodically.

Experience

·         5-10 years in relevant industry is preferred with graduation in Business Administration or MBA.
