Job Description           :

•           Overall responsible for Maintenance of Plant, Equipment and Utilities (Preventive & Breakdown).

•           Responsible for identifying the key process equipment’s which needs preventive maintenance.

•           Responsible for preparation of preventive maintenance schedule.

•           Responsible for keeping records of maintenance activities & adherence to maintenance schedule.

•           Responsible for planning & organization of spares of plant & machinery and assisting Manager  to Purchase for spare parts procurements/development.

•           Responsible for preparing the list of the critical spares related to preventive maintenance and assuring the availability of same in stock.

•           Responsible for reviewing and updating the preventive maintenance schedule for new equipment’s.

•           Responsible for monitoring the machine down time, and taking action to minimize it.

•           Responsible for taking corrective actions to close the Non conformances found during the audit in their area.

•           Responsible to make action plans to achieve the performance targets.
