Posting :  Engineer - Production

Qualification : BE / Diploma or NTTF

Experience : More than 5 years – Cutting Tools and Forming Tools with Coating knowledge

Location: Sriperumbadur

Salary : As Per Market

Job Requirements

Involved Day to activities for Plant Operation, Coordinate with Head office & Reporting

Allocation of Job for Production & Quality , Ensure delivery & Quality  targets are met

Ensure machines are well utilized, Ensure all preventive maintenance of the machines are done

Ensure all process and activity is done as per standard

Plan and Provide Training ,Motivate & develop subordinates

Oversee failures and implement preventive actions

Plan corrective actions for internal and external and ensure all corrective actions are implemented and validated

Plan required consumables and ensure consumables are available at right time

Co-ordinate and approve of Purchased production and quality items

Ensure all performance indicators are achieved

Plan and implement actions  towards productivity improvements 

Monitor and report all performance indicator status to management (KPI)

Update the HSE and Man hours in BW within stipulated time.

Request manpower requirement to Management

Request  machinery requirement to Management

Approve work instructions 

Cost control on all consumables to Maintain and monitor the GP

Fixture development for new Product and Improve the Productivity.

BPP & OEP ( Existing and New ) implementation in production

Responsible for Training the employees in OOE , Best Practices
