Position       :         Engineer/Senior Engineer

Department :         Mould Development

Qualification         :         Mould Design Qualification from premier Institute such as NTTF,  CIPET

Experience            :        6 + Years of Experience

CTC  per Annum    :        3.36 Lacs  

Skill Set       :

 1) Sound knowledge of Mould design for automotive Parts

 2) Ability to handle Mould Design Independently

 3) Knowledge of Hot runner mould

 4) knowledge of conventional and NC machines

  5) Knowledge of selection steel as per part requirement

  6) knowledge of Machining sequence and feasibility

  7) skill of software knowledge such as catia , creo ,UG or Delcam

  8) Technical interaction with customer and suppliers

  9) part feasibility checking and mould data review

Roles Responsibilities:

1.     Independently able to do mould design.

2.     Mould layout drawing preparation.

3.     Ability to do mould design validation and review

4.     ECN /ECI feasibility study and design modification update

5.     Data sharing for TLP and ECN presentation with supplier

 6.   Trial parts verification against CAD data counter measure proposal

 7.   Project Data management

8.     List of modification and TLP document tracking project wise

  9.   Mould cost break up preparation
