Roles and Responsibilities

• Individual would be responsible to understand the requirement, create low level design and develop independently.
• Individual should be self-driven and should have keen interest in Big Data.
• Individual would be responsible for delivering features and stories with zero to no bugs.
• Individual should be familiar with Agile work environment.
• Individual should be through with Continuous Integration and Continuous Development.
• Individual should ensure adherence to test driven development.

   

Experience

• Should possess overall 5 to 7 years of experience in Java and at least 2-3 years of relevant and hands on experience in Hadoop.

   

Education

• B.Tech/MTech in computer science or relevant streams

   

Skills Required

• Strong skills implementing Hadoop, Apache Spark core, Spark SQL, Oozie, Hive, Impala, Sqoop, Map Reducer.
• Programming Languages: Java, Scala
• Scripting Languages: Shell Scripting
• Hadoop Distro: Cloudera
• Source Safe: GIT / VSTS / SVN
• CI/CD: Jenkins
• Python, Apache Crunch will be additional benefit.
